Curriculum Vitae

CURRICULUM VITAE


Juan Cabrera Saavedra, inventor of a new wind turbine design, the product of 64 years of research in the area of wind and of successive optimization designs and implementations up to the current design.


Constructor of this work and many others that have other solutions to various problems of the area, which he has been called in to implement a solution to things that don't have a found solution or there are no financing to do so.


He begins at the age of 17 implementing his first hydro turbine (based on information obtained from Pelton's - hydro turbine inventor - books ), which provides the electricity to his father's land.


Years later, locals make purchases of imported wind turbines which had no one to maintain them and there he began studying them to do so, he analyzes them and he kept in mind this situation, which he continues through time analyzing and looking for innovation for this. Obtaining energy was something that always encouraged him and was a challenge for him until to synthesize the changes he had imagined. In the past 15 years he decided to implement what he had dreamed, and he still continues to innovate.




INNOVATIVE CONTRIBUTIONS


Design of involcable unsinkable ship, built and tested in open beach and out from the beach in order to be used in the south of the country fishing and shellfish harvesting.


Design and Construction of Greenhouse 80m wide x 100m long, without pillars inside, which facilitates the work within it, because allow sowing tractors to come inside, and its shape allows it in all time a perpendicular incidence of the sun in some point of its surface, receiving that way a higher solar radiation in its insides.


Innovation and construction of waterproof pond of 10,000 m3 capacity, for irrigation water in the desert.

Design and construction of a passion fruit grinder and juice extractor, with considerable reduction in its cost against its overseas acquisition.


Elimination of a vibration transmission towards the ENTEL building, generated by the assembly of a power plant located on its roof.


Design and construction of antipollution warehouses for mining Mantos Blancos, for storage of copper powder before shipment through the port of Antofagasta.


Construction and installation on top of a mountain of a water pond secured on a 45 degree inclination cliff to carry out gravity irrigated crops in its slope, decreasing energy expenditure to boost the water to it.


Elimination of toxic fumes emitted by fishing plant in southern Peru.


The design and construction of container-carriers of living and floating fish to prevent decomposition, avoiding accidents of poisoning deaths in the fishing industry vessels.


Stability arm in fishing vessel to prevent overturning during labor.


Design and construction of thruster protection to avoid contact and jam with the fishing net during labor.


Construction of river overflow containment gates, produced in its mouth during high tide hours, in the south of the country.


Drain and dry of flooded areas in the south of the country, in order to leave them apt for cultivation.


Among many other contributions.
